Responding to complaints

Just Better Care responds to all complaints quickly. This includes reviewing the complaints process with the customer and inviting the customer to participate in the resolution process. Just Better Care prioritises feedback based on the level of risk to the wellbeing, safety and health of customers. We investigate all complaints in consultation with those involved, communicate the outcome of the complaint in a timely manner and ask for your feedback as to how your complaint was handled.
